Do not get into the habit of smoking:Smoking has never been beneficial to the human body. This habit has been long associated with various cancers namely lung cancer, voice box cancer, oral cavity cancers, throat cancers, cancers of the nose and sinuses, stomach cancers, bladder cancers. In addition to that, smoking can lead to other health issues like heart disease and stroke. If you have never attempted smoking, do not ever do so. If you are a smoker, consider quitting. It is not easy, but nothing is impossible. By quitting, you are doing a favour to yourself and at the same time, helping people and loved ones around you by relieving them of the sufferings of having to inhale second hand smoke.
